How it works

Fitbooks does a few things no other booking app does.

Here’s what they are, in plain English.

Every plan

Fit, your right hand

Fit, your receptionist out front and your hands-on assistant behind the desk.

Fit answers your members' messages for you. It finds a free time, books them in and takes the deposit. It can move a booking too. If it's not sure, it asks you.

And for you: Fit fills in your services when you start, tells you how your day looks when you ask, shows you who's due back and suggests a promotion when things go quiet.

For example

Sophie messages at 10:48pm about a PT session on Saturday. Fit books her in with Marcus at 7:30 while you're on the sofa.

No more answering messages at midnight.

Messages · 10:48pm

hiya, got anything Saturday morning for PT?

Hi Sophie! Marcus is free at 7:30. A £10 deposit holds it. Here's the link.

Morning, how's today looking?

7 sessions today, Sophie first at 7:30. Three members are due back. Want me to suggest an offer?

Yes please

Just for you, the owner.

Every plan

Deposits that hold the slot

You choose the deposit. The member pays it when they book. No deposit, no slot.

For example

Sophie pays £10 to book Saturday at 7:30. If she doesn't show, the £10 is yours to keep, if you choose.

Fewer no-shows. And when one happens, you're not out of pocket.

Circles: get paid for recommending

Member Circles: your regulars share their own link with friends. You choose the thank-you, £ off or % off their next visit. Every time a regular brings someone new, Fitbooks adds it on its own.

Business Circles: you and the yoga studios, martial arts clubs and coaches you already recommend send each other members. When you send a member to a business in your Circle, their thank-you goes into your account. Money in the bank for a recommendation you were making anyway.

You agree the thank-you between you, a set amount or a percent, and you can counter-offer. Fitbooks keeps count.

For example

Sophie sends her link to Leah, who books her first session. Sophie gets £5 off her next visit. Then Sophie wants to stretch out that knee, so you send her to Bendy Heron Yoga, and their thank-you lands in your account.

New members from people who already love you, and money for the ones you send on.

Member records: every member remembered

Every member has their own record: injuries, PAR-Q, goals and progress photos. It's there every time they book.

For example

Before Sophie walks in, Marcus can see her PAR-Q is done, her left knee is sore and she's training for a 10k. No digging through old messages.

Safer sessions, and every member feels you know them.

Gift vouchers: an easy present

Sell gift vouchers, like a block of PT sessions as a present. When someone comes in with one, it comes off what they owe.

For example

Sophie got a voucher for her birthday. She mentions it when she books, and Fit sorts it.

An easy present for your regulars to buy, and new faces through the door.

Good questions

What can Fit do on its own?

Answer messages, book members in, take the deposit and move bookings. On Studio, it sorts gift vouchers too. For you, it also fills in your services for you to check, tells you how your day looks, shows who's due back and suggests promotions. Anything it's not sure about, it passes to you.

Is Fit on every plan?

Yes. Each plan comes with a set number of chats a month. We'll show how many when we set the prices.

What happens if a member doesn't turn up?

You can keep the deposit, or give it back. It's your choice. You also choose how much notice members need to give to get it back if they cancel.

Are gift vouchers on every plan?

No, they're on Studio. Everything else on this page comes with both plans.

What it costs is on the pricing page.
